Zeekr's stand at Everything Electric Sydney 2026, taken from concept render to a working showroom floor, with the merchandise display and a uniformed volunteer team managed alongside the build.

Concept to execution
The 7GT, 7X and 009 on the white stand floor beneath the LED halo
Fieldstate ran the stand from the first render to the last bolt. The concept set out the key moves early: a suspended LED halo on truss, a long LED wall behind the cars, and a brown feature wall with lit, flush-mounted lettering that gave the stand a quiet anchor point.
From there the drawings became the brief. Elevations and floor plans fixed the vehicle positions, screen sizes and lounge footprint, and Fieldstate managed fabrication, AV and rigging through to install, so the stand on the floor matched what Zeekr signed off on paper.

The merchandise display
Zeekr bear, titanium cup set and leather-strapped bottle on white plinths
Zeekr's lifestyle range had its own space between the cars and the lounge. Fieldstate designed and managed the display as a set of stepped white plinths, so model cars, drinkware, bags and the Zeekr bear sat at different heights and read as a collection rather than a shelf.
The team handled the stock, styling and upkeep across the show days, resetting the plinths as visitors picked things up so the display looked as considered on the last afternoon as it did at opening.

The people on the stand
The full stand team in matching grey polos and cream trousers around the 7GT
A stand this busy runs on its people. Fieldstate recruited, briefed and managed the volunteer team, and dressed them in a uniform that belonged to the stand: soft grey Zeekr polos and cream wide-leg trousers that sat in the same palette as the floor and lounge.
The roster was built around the show's peaks, covering every vehicle, the merchandise display and the lounge through each session, with breaks planned so the floor never went short. Every volunteer knew their position, their product and who to call.
