In-room production & streaming

Presentation, streaming, polling, and graphics — one integrated package.

Made for your programme.

In-room production is everything your audience sees and hears during a session. Slides on screen, graphics between talks, polling results on the display, Q&A moderated live, and — when required — a broadcast-quality stream going out to remote audiences in multiple languages.

We deliver this as a turnkey package. Our operators manage the presentation at the lectern, run branded holding slides between sessions, trigger polls and Q&A overlays, and produce the live stream — all from a single integrated system. One team, one console, no gaps between the pieces.

For streamed sessions, we deliver HD multi-room broadcasts with real-time captioning, multi-language audio tracks, and pre-recording with live Q&A for speakers in different time zones.

What’s included

Presentation Management

Slide control at the lectern, confidence monitors, real-time switching between presenters, and operator-managed transitions.

Holding Slides & Session Graphics

Branded holding slides between sessions, countdown timers, sponsor loops, lower thirds, and live graphic overlays — managed from a central console.

Operator Console

Our operators run every session from a production console with macros for common actions — slide advance, camera cuts, graphic overlays, and stream switching.

Live Polling & Q&A

Audience polling and moderated Q&A delivered on screen during sessions. Results displayed in real time. Data captured for post-event reporting.

Live Streaming

Broadcast-quality HD streams across multiple rooms simultaneously. Real-time captioning, multi-language audio tracks, and delivery to any device without plugins.

Pre-Recording with Live Q&A

Pre-record sessions for speakers in different time zones. Content plays back with live Q&A so the audience engages as if the speaker were on stage.

How we deliver it

  1. Design

We define the in-room setup: presentation format, graphics package, streaming requirements, audience engagement features, and language needs.

  2. Build

Systems provisioned and tested. Graphics loaded. Stream infrastructure configured with fallback plans. Operators briefed on the run sheet.

  3. Produce

Every session produced live — slides, graphics, polling, Q&A, and streaming. Operators on console from first session to last.

Alongside this service

Planning your brief.

What needs planning for a hybrid event?

Map the in-room and online programme together: speakers, presentation feeds, cameras, audio, transitions and the streaming destination. Share the venue's connectivity arrangements and rehearsal access so the production team can plan the technical setup and tests.

Are recording and live streaming the same scope?

They serve different uses. A live stream needs a feed delivered during the event; a recording needs a capture and publishing plan. Tell us whether you need one or both, and discuss editing and publication with our content capture and publishing team.
