AV & stage production

Audio-visual production from single-room setups to multi-stage events.

Made for your programme.

The quality of your AV determines how your event lands. Poor sound, cramped screens, or a stage that looks underdone — attendees notice. We deliver AV and stage production for events of any scale, from a single breakout room to a multi-stage festival.

We survey the venue, design the technical setup, and provide a detailed spec before anything gets quoted. Equipment is installed and fully tested before rehearsals begin. Dedicated operators run audio, video, and lighting for the duration of your event.

For hybrid events, we integrate camera feeds, switching, and encoding so your in-room and online audiences get the same quality experience.

Alongside this service

Planning your brief.

How is an event AV setup specified?

The programme and venue come first. We review room layouts, audience size, stage activity, screen content and sound requirements, then develop the technical specification and quote. Stage sets, audio, screens, lighting and operators are scoped around that plan.

Does the AV brief need to include streaming and recording?

Yes. Tell us which sessions need an online audience, a recording or both. Camera positions, switching, encoding and operator requirements need to be planned alongside the in-room presentation, with equipment testing before rehearsal.
