Digital signage

Screens throughout the venue, updated in real time from a central console.

Made for your programme.

Digital signage replaces printed schedules, foam-core wayfinding, and sponsor posters with screens that update in real time. When a session changes room, the screens update. When a session is running late, the screens show it.

We deploy screens at registration, outside session rooms, in foyers, and across exhibition halls. Each screen runs content from a central console — session schedules, speaker bios, wayfinding, sponsor content, countdown timers, and custom playlists.

All screens run on our on-site server infrastructure. They do not depend on the venue internet to display content.
